Can Holacracy improve employee engagement and organizational outcomes?

Michael DeAngelo is the deputy CIO for the state of Washington. The office is currently running an experiment, in conjunction with the Harvard Business School, to test whether Holacracy can improve employee engagement and organizational outcomes.

The experiment launched in April 2016. By the time the Forum arrives, Washington State will be sorting through and evaluating data from the experiment.
