Holacracy In A Rapid Growing Company
One of our Forum speakers is Kevin Joyce, who filled the "Holacracy Lead" role at ARCA throughout the company's Holacracy implementation.
When ARCA first adopted Holacracy in July 2014, the company of 150 employees restructured itself into roles and circles. Not long after, with an acquisition of an organization in Northern Italy, ARCA's ranks swelled to over 600 people.
During the Forum, Kevin will share some of this learnings about using Holacracy with mergers and acquisitions.
